A gorgeous real wedding today from our friends at Italian Event Planners. This one took place in beautiful Florence.
The Venue
Nicky and Sam decided to wed in the summer – assured of warm Italian sunshine and picturesque views, Tuscany was the location of choice, and Florence provided the Villa Le Colline. A lovely venue, tucked away in a private park and dating back to the seventeenth century, the Villa is surrounded by Tuscan countryside – olive groves, woods and vineyards.
The Dress
The bride chose an elegant strapless, dropped waist dress, with tiers of tulle ruffles creating beautiful texture and movement. A perfect choice to ensure all eyes on her as she glided down the aisle. A stunning train and electric blue Manolo Blahniks completed the bridal look.
With chunky accessories, she kept her hair in a simple chignon and adorned with a sparkling clip.
The Flowers
Elegant white and blush pink blooms sat alongside deep green leaves. A simple mix of roses and hydrangeas made for a beautiful, simple bouquet and classic decor, complimenting the clean, pure white table settings.
The decor
Elegant, clean and simple, pure white table settings with glass and silver accessories were laid out with fragrant herbs at each place. Simple vases of white blooms and green foliage decorated the banquet tables, keeping the focus on family and letting conversation flow freely without being hindered by giant centrepieces!
