This historic, 19th century palace stands majestically on the lakeshore, surrounded by its own beautiful park, overlooked by centuries-old trees and includes a private, heated swimming pool. Its ‘picture-postcard’ views, offers its guests the perfect venue for your wedding. Thanks to the perfect climate which the Lake Como area enjoys, as well as the loving care and attention of the villa’s proud owner, guests can also enjoy the magnificent, private park which surrounds it. This can be best viewed if you climb the antique stairs to admire the fountain and ancient trees from the first floor windows, or by walking along the footpath, which offers dazzling views of the spectacular lake, the promontory of Bellagio, the town of Varenna and the Alps, standing majestically at the Northern end of Lake Como. Or just relax by taking in the sun’s rays around the beautiful, heated swimming pool (6mx12m) in the heart of the park, surrounded by its magnificent woodland.

This luxury palace is a truly spectacular venue for special events and celebrations; the views are picture perfect, the lakeside location is fabulous and the property oozes elegance and charm. It is the perfect venue for a dream wedding, as it boasts a spectacular ballroom (which seats 100+), with the "Sala Da Ballo" (dancing room) overlooking the lake, where you can dance beyond midnight, watch a lakeside firework display, listen to musicians playing… the choice is yours rental fee for your reception: varies depending on the choice of the day. You can choose to rent the villa for lunch (from 12.00 to 20.00), or for an evening reception (from 17.00 to 1.00) The wedding will be taken care by a catering outside of our trust for this reason, menu will be customized just for you, prices will be very competitive.
ROOMS
The palace has been recently restored to the highest standards, and includes air conditioning, a private garden and heated swimming pool. With its seven bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, it is the perfect place to spend an unforgettable wedding on Lake Como with your family or a group of friends.
WHERE
Oliveto Lario is the only single country located on this side of the lake, from Lecco to Bellagio. It is been established on 1927 and it is composed by three villages: Limonta, Vassena and Onno. These places present Roman settlements: Avelli stones, tombs and votive are. The position of Onno was originally different from the present one; the village was placed near the S. Anna little church. In 1896 due to a flood of the little lake on the Madonna del Castagno the village has been totally destroyed and then it has been rebuilt few kilometers in the north, under the big stone. The name itself of the village suggests to the people how mild the weather is here; the farming of the olive trees, that has been brought by the Romans, is today still alive and it yields 200 quintals of olive per year; taste its special and special flavor!
