Charming 18th century villa situated in a superb location with breathtaking view on the Lake Orta, a small romantic lake in the northern part of Italy (Piedmont) close to the Lake Maggiore.
The high quality standard and the familiar management make it the ideal place for any occasion. The residence has just been renovated with special care of details between old and modern style.
The villa is structured on three floors with completely equipped apartments that enjoy a large panoramic view on the Lake Orta and the Isle San Giulio. The residence offers three two-rooms apartments, a one-room apartment and a separate cottage. It welcomes a total of 14 guests. The accommodations offer a high standard of comfort

The Villa with its large terraces, its prestigious balconies and arcades with an enchanting view of the Lake Orta and the Island of San Giulio, wrapped in a magical atmosphere, almost of the old times, is the perfect location for a romantic and elegant wedding, certainly unique.
The upper terrace, ideal for the welcome of the guests with a toast in front of a breathtaking view, the wine cellar, entirely excavated in the rock and still maintaining its original state, perfect for a buffet of appetizers, the pretty garden on the ground floor with its pergola of wisteria, ideal for the presentation of the wedding cake, the terrace on the first floor with its lovely wisteria tree, perfect for placing the tables and the open bar, together with some good live music.
In case of bad weather there is a nice lounge on the ground floor and nearby a pretty tavern with fireplace.
Here the ideal number of guests would be 40/50 in the lounge and 20 in the tavern. Outside the optimum capacity would be 70 people.
Prices my vary depending on number of guests, the menu choices and hypothetical exclusive use of the villa.
