DESCRIPTION
Borgo Petrognano is an elegant and quiet 13th century estate hidden in the heart of Tuscany at less than an hour from Florence, Siena and Pisa and just 3 km from Barberino Val d’Elsa. With sunlight olive groves and vineyards, few places on the globe are as romantic and relaxing as Tuscany.
This intimate atmosphere is what prevails at Borgo Petrognano.
Dominating this luxury retreat is a medieval tower, undoubtedly a reminder of the ancient city of Semifonte destroyed in 1202 A. D. by Florence, its rival.
ACCOMODATIONS
The estate boasts of fourteen rooms and/or suites up to 35 guestes along with numerous common quarters. Each and every corner of the property has been carefully and elegantly refurbished. All rooms have a private bath endowed with modern fixtures and comforts. A few ground floor rooms open onto private patios while a lovely suite is located in the tower. There is wi-fi on the estate.
Borgo Petrognano is pleased to extend to its guests a first-class spa area complete with sauna and massage room.
WEDDINGS
Outdoor symbolic ceremonies can take place under the pergola up to 40 people. The perfect setting for the cocktail is the garden and dinner takes place on the Terrace, up to 100 people. It’s the perfect place for a perfect, intimate wedding!
In case of bad weather it is necessary to rent a marquee.
