The Castle is located in the heart of the Chianti district, just 17 km from Florence, near Mercatale, on the road to Siena. The Castle is surrounded by hills where this huge fresco blend the colors of the vineyards and the olive tree, the soft green of the meadowsand the most intense of the surviving pines, cypresses and woods- This is a medieval castle of 1200, historic house, with a large park and an Italian garden, placed in the Chianti countryside, just 17 km from Florence.
It offers a wide range of spaces to satisfy every need for individuals, companies, professional associations and weddings.
WEDDINGS
The beautiful central courtyard and the adjacent loggia, perfect for a summer event, in the shadow of the medieval tower of the thirteenth century, accommodating up to 180 people with table service. Ideal for any outdoor event, a gala or buffet dinner, a cocktail, fashion shows, a coffee break or a dancing party.
It can be adapted to your every need: set up with tents, removable covers, tables and chairs. The central courtyard has a width of 185 sqm.
The Loggia has a width of 50 square meters. Very good acoustics for every type of musical event.
In the private chapel, inside the courtyard, can be celebrated weddings and private functions for up to 20 people.
The Italian garden and the park shaded by ancient trees, with a large central fountain, overlooking the beautiful countryside of Chianti, are ideal for any type of event (cocktail, lunch or dinner) and extremely versatile with great surfaces, 40 square meters.
